It can be difficult to balance function and aesthetics on a budget. All of my designs are budget conscious, but the air and feel of a luxurious space remain uncompromised. In this home I used some additional roof lines to enhance the curb appeal. The vaulted ceilings maximize the elegance of the family space while still keeping the overall building costs in line with my competitor's designs. In today's home design market, all the homes tend to look alike. It is important to me to create interior spaces and exterior features that distinguish your home from the rest of the neighborhood!
