Motorcycle! Super X

Here is my Super X motorcycle. Excelsior Henderson Cycle company has a rich American heritage. It was the first Motorcycle to reach the speed of 100 miles per hour here in the US. The company closed it's doors in 1931 and reopened in 1999. There were about 2000 bikes make in 1999 and 2000 before financial troubles make the company close it's doors again. These bikes are rare, powerful and very fun to drive on a sunday afternoon.

A sense of height is achieved in this design with the addition of taller ceilings; a feature borrowed from second empire design. The 3 bedroom home offers a large amount of space in each of the rooms, giving the home a luxurious feel. The style is a derivative of the colonial aesthetic, with a hint of southern hospitality. The functional interior also contains an elegance and charm that many modern designs lack. This is an excellent example of a timeless classic! It is a 1974 Airstream camper trailer. The 8 track never sounded better in this beauty, and with new countertops and curtains even the wife doesn't mind roughing it. It would be a great way to travel to Laser regattas. Now if only I could find the time.

It can be difficult to balance function and aesthetics on a budget. All of my designs are budget conscious, but the air and feel of a luxurious space remain uncompromised. In this home I used some additional roof lines to enhance the curb appeal. The vaulted ceilings maximize the elegance of the family space while still keeping the overall building costs in line with my competitor's designs. In today's home design market, all the homes tend to look alike. It is important to me to create interior spaces and exterior features that distinguish your home from the rest of the neighborhood!

Here is a modern take on traditional colonial architecture. The brick features and the large window in the foyer give the entrance an opulence unmatched by more traditional colonial designs. The high ceilings also give this traditional style a modern flare. The 3 car garage has become a common feature in many new construction projects, and this house certainly falls into that category. The large finished basement almost doubles the amount of living space in this house, and the tall ceilings give the lower level the same feel as the rest of this charming home.
